Your treatment plan will include a breakdown of all applicable fees, and we will inform you of all costs before treatment is administered. Please ask us about financing options, credit card payments and bank drafts. Charges are payable at the time of treatment.

Our office is committed to helping you maximize your insurance benefits. Because insurance policies vary, we can only estimate your coverage in good faith but cannot guarantee coverage due to the complexities of insurance contracts. When the treatment plan has been confirmed we complete a standard orthodontic insurance pre-determination form for you to submit through your insurance company. This will clarify the financial commitment between you and your insurance company. This is separate from the financial arrangement between you and our office. As a service to our patients we can offer a number of payment options. After each payment is made we issue you a receipt which you then send in to the insurance company who, in turn, forwards you the appropriate reimbursement.
We will fully attempt to help you receive full insurance benefits; however, you are personally responsible for your account.
